We offer low rates for repairs and have technicians who have worked on hundreds of desktops and laptops. We'll take a quick look at it to see if it's just something small, and if it can be fixed in less than 15 minutes, the labor is free. If we can't solve your problem during the consultation time, a standard diagnostic rate of $179 will apply and will cover any diagnosis that does not require a custom part order.
